The Aerojet Rocketdyne Atlas team is following the New Horizons flyby closely. This first close-in view of Pluto was made possible by teamwork and dedication to deliver five SRB’s in a very short timeframe to support the launch on January 19, 2006. Aerojet Rocketdyne knows that we could not have delivered AJ-60’s on time to support the Pluto mission without the staunch support of our critical Atlas suppliers.
